Could be unveiled later this year.
Romanian publication 4tuning has managed to acquire a spyshot of the 2017 Dacia Duster's (2017 Renault Duster) steering wheel, revealing the design as well as certain features.
The steering wheel of the next gen Duster has been completely redesigned, featuring a 4-spoke design with new steering pad design and sleeker buttons mounted on the steering. It will have contrasting silver trim as well as the option of leather-wrapping for a premium feel.
However, the instrument cluster and the HVAC vent are seemingly identical to the current Renault Duster, suggesting that it could be an early test mule with interior trim temporarily sourced from its to-be predecessor.
The next-gen Renault Duster will reportedly be based on the Renault-Nissan Alliance’s CMF (Common Module Family) platform, which underpins cars like the Nissan X-Trail and new Renault Megane. With the new platform, the 2017 Duster will reportedly be offered as a 7-seater too.
