Features a digital instrument panel.
The South American-spec Toyota Etios facelift has leaked ahead of its market launch, courtesy Autos Segredos. The Brazilian publication says that the facelifted Toyota Etios will be presented on the 19th and 20th of this month and reach dealerships on the 28th of this month. The facelifted model seen in the images appear to have no external changes whatsoever. There are new wheel choices, if that counts. Changes are mainly on the inside.
Inside, the facelifted Toyota Etios features a new instrument panel. The analogue panel has been updated to a digital one, but, it's still positioned in the centre of the dashboard. Other new features include cruise control, ISOFIX child seat mounts and head restraint and three-point seat belt for the middle seat passenger. The 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system seems to have remained unchanged, and that's not a surprise, as it was introduced only last year.

The 1.3-litre Dual VVT-i and 1.5-litre Dual VVT-i flex-fuel engines are now 9% more efficient. The 1.5-litre unit has been tweaked to develop 107 hp (+10.5 hp). The 5-speed manual transmission has been replaced by a 6-speed manual transmission, and there's a new 4-speed automatic transmission option now.
