Top-end variants come equipped with features such as a rear view camera, a MirrorLink entertainment system, auto dimming internal mirror, ABS and dual front airbags as standard in all variants, cruise control, rain sensing wipers, automatic AC, cornering lights, and front center armrest with rear AC.
The VW Ameo is confimed to be available in petrol and diesel variants. Diesel power is sourced from a 1.5-liter TDI engine that is mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox or a 7-speed DSG. As for the petrol variant, it packs a 1.2-liter three-cylinder MPI petrol engine mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox.
