Market launch to take place weeks after Auto Expo 2016.
Seen in this spyshot is a top-end variant of the Maruti Vitara Brezza compact SUV, ahead of its world premiere at the Auto Expo 2016.
The Vitara Brezza seen in the spyshot gets projector headlights, integrated turn signals on the wing mirrors, roof rails, 5-dual-spoke 16-inch alloy wheels and chunky 205-section tyres. The turn indicators and foglights get their separate cluster on the bumper which also gets a large honeycomb grille structure.
Over to the sides, the Vitara Brezza will get a sloping roofline with a 'floating' roof effect, largely inspired by the Suzuki iV-4 concept. The side profile also reveals squarish and large wheel arches on the sub-4 meter SUV.
Inside, the Vitara Brezza will be equipped with Maruti's SmartPlay touchscreen entertainment system with on-board navigation, Bluetooth, reverse camera, automatic climate control, a multifunction steering wheel, front center armrest and not to forget, ABS, EBD and dual front airbags which are likely to be standardized on all variants.
The Vitara Brezza will be introduced with the 1.2-liter K-Series petrol engine and the 1.3-liter DDiS Fiat-sourced diesel engine, sources confirmed to Indian Autos Blog. Both engines will be paired to a 5-speed manual gearbox as standard, but a CVT could be optional on the petrol.
