To be launched in the coming weeks.
The official webpage of the Maruti Vitara Brezza has gone live, ahead of its world premiere at the 2016 Auto Expo in Greater Noida next month. The car is slated to be launched in a few weeks after the show.
Designed and developed by Maruti's R&D team, the Vitara Brezza will compete with the Ford EcoSport, Mahindra TUV300 and the upcoming Tata Nexon. It will share the powertrains with the Maruti Swift, which include the 1.2-liter K-Series petrol engine and the 1.3-litre DDiS diesel motor. Both units will be offered with a five-speed gearbox as standard, while an AMT could also be extended.

The Vitara Brezza gets a familiar interior but a fresh centre console design, and a number of parts borrowed from the Swift's bin. Features such as ABS with EBD and airbag are expected to be offered as standard.
