A report on Shifting Gears says that the 2015 Honda Jazz will be launched in a total of 12 variants - spanning petrol MT, petrol AT and diesel MT - to begin with. Below are the reported variants of the new Honda Jazz:

The variant walk of the new Jazz is similar to that of the new City, which is also based on the same platform. The City and Jazz are expected to share plenty of components and features, with localization levels of about 90 percent.
Top-end variants of the new Jazz will get ABS, EBD and dual front airbags. However, going by other models of Honda Cars India, ABS will be a standard feature on the diesel variants of the Jazz.
Other features that would be seen on the Jazz include a touchscreen AVN (Audio Visual Navigation) system, a CVT with paddle-shifters (on the AT variant), a Bluetooth-enabled music system with steering mounted controls, electrically-adjustable and folding wing mirrors and 15-inch alloy wheels.

The new Jazz will launch in India in July, with reports claiming a launch on July 8, 2015.
