Update - GaadiWaadi has updated its Twitter feed with an image showing seven colours the Maruti Dzire facelift will be available in.
The Dzire too could see increased fuel economy like the Swift facelift.
Ahead of a launch reported to take place this month, the Maruti Dzire facelift was spotted, fully exposing its redone front fascia.
Designers have given the compact sedan a thick chrome grille, smoked headlight clusters and a new front bumper with chrome enclosures for the foglights. New multi-spoke alloy wheels grace the sides, while a re-profiled bumper and a chrome garnish for the bootlid are seen at the rear. Maruti is expected to induct new color options as well.
Inside, the Dzire facelift could get new features such as a push-button start, electrically-adjustable and folding wing mirrors, a Bluetooth-enabled music system, and buttons on the steering wheel for answering/ending phone calls.
Like the refreshed Swift, the Dzire too could benefit from a bump in fuel efficiency despite retaining the 1.2-liter K-Series petrol and 1.3-liter DDiS diesel engines. The petrol engine is available with a 4-speed automatic and 5-speed manual gearbox, while the diesel is paired to a 5-speed manual.
