Top-spec version comes with 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system.
Maruti Suzuki has added a top-spec Z+ variant to the Maruti Ciaz’s line up. It replaces the Z(O) trim that was available since the car’s launch in October last year.
Priced at INR 9,08,197 for the ZXi+ and INR 10,37,422 for the ZDi+, it gets a SmartPlay infotainment system, 16-inch alloy wheels, leather wrapped steering and seats, over the existing list of goodies available in the Z trim.
SmartPlay has a 7-inch touchscreen, and comes with navigation and voice command features. It doubles up as a display for the reverse parking camera, and can even stream some apps from the connected smartphone.
The Ciaz is offered with two engine choices: a 1.4-litre petrol engine that makes 98 hp at 6,000 rpm and 130 Nm of torque at 4,000 rpm; and a 1.3-litre diesel engine (based on Fiat Multijet) that makes 88.5 hp at 4,000 rpm and 200 Nm of torque at 1,750 rpm.
In terms of dimensions, the Ciaz is 4,490 mm long, 1,730 mm wide, and 1,485 mm tall. It has a 2,650 mm long wheelbase and sits 170 mm off the ground.
