Powered by a 2-litre, 148 PS engine.
Toyota has quite a few exhibits at the ongoing 2014 Thailand International Motor Expo, like the Hilux Vigo TRD Sportivo Edition, the Corolla Altis ESport, and the Camry Extremo. While the former two have been covered in our earlier reports, here's the information about the Camry.
The Camry, in its special edition 'Extremo' guise, is priced at 1,359,000 Baht onward (equivalent to INR 25.65 lakh). In comparison, the regular version costs 1,279,000 Baht (INR 24.14 lakh). The premium of 80,000 Baht on the Camry Extremo gets a couple of exterior and interior features, keeping everything else identical to the regular 2.0G version.
On the outside, the Camry Extremo gets a body skirt all around (front, side, and rear), daytime running lights, and a rear spoiler. It also gets 17-inch alloys, HID headlamps and LED taillamps to complete the look. The differentiating features continue inside the cabin, too, with an all-black treatment.
There's a 4-spoke leather steering wheel, a touchscreen, 6-speaker audio system with USB and Aux connectivity, and Extremo branding. The touchscreen-based audio system takes care of navigation as well.
