The USP of the Maruti Ciaz is its frugal nature irrespective of the engine. The petrol motor returns an ARAI certified economy of 20.73 km/l when mated to the manual gearbox and 19.12 km/l when paired to the automatic transmission. The diesel, at an ARAI figure of 26.21 km/l, emerges as the nation’s most fuel efficient car.
