The entire Jeep range would eventually make it to Indian roads.

According to a conversation on the radio in Mumbai with Kevin Flynn, the CEO of FCA India, the company is set to introduce the Jeep range of products at the 2016 Delhi Auto Expo. The highlight of the showcase would be the newest versions of the Jeep Grand Cherokee and the Jeep Wrangler.

The Jeep models are expected to be launched as well, around that time.

The aforementioned two nameplates will come first, while the others may have to wait a year more. Jeep has announced that a new C-Segment SUV would be brought to India in the next few years, while the Renegade was also part of the plan presented in 2012.

The plans of launching the Jeep SUVs in India was first revealed by Fiat in late 2012, when the company divulged their intention to bring a collection of foreign brands that included Abarth and Mopar.
