The 2018 Maruti Swift has been on sale for almost three months now and customized examples have slowly started cropping up. One such rather tastefully modified Maruti Swift we came across on Cartoq happens to be India's first lowrider Swift.
The Kochi registered Swift finished in Pearl Arctic White rides lower than the regular car. It features aftermarket twin-spoke alloy wheels finished in black and a wider set of tyres. The stock Swift gets 185/65 R15 section rubber. Judging by the presence of projector headlamps and LED DRLs, the slammed Maruti Swift is based on the top-end ZXi+/ZDi+ grade. Other notable exterior features include a Swift RS inspired red stripe running across the grille, blacked front Suzuki insignia, ORVMs, roof, and rear spoiler. The badges from the boot lid have been removed.
The posts shared on Instagram do not mention any performance upgrades. In its stock form, the Swift is available with either a 1.2 L petrol engine or a 1.3 L diesel. The petrol outputs 61 kW and 113 Nm while the diesel is good for 55.2 kW and 190 Nm. Both can be had with either a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed AMT.
