Changan-Suzuki unveiled the Suzuki Alivio Pro at the 2017 Chengdu Auto Show last week. The Suzuki Alivio Pro likely previews the 2018 Maruti Ciaz (facelift), and here are live images from the motor show, originally published by Sina.
The Suzuki Alivio Pro features minor visual changes with the facelift. Up front, the grille layout adopts a one-piece look to lend the sedan a luxury car appeal, the lower bumper slightly restyled and the fog lamp is encased in chrome. At the rear, the remodelled bumper looks more elegant with chrome garnishing over and on the sides of the reflectors.
The interior of the Suzuki Alivio Pro is largely the same. The all-black cabin has changed to a dual-tone, with beige as the base colour. Bridging the black upper portion of the cabin and the rest of the interior is a gloss black strip. There's a new touchscreen infotainment system with Baidu CarLife smartphone integration compatibility.
There are no changes in these dimensions. The Suzuki Alivio Pro is 4,545 mm long, 1,730 mm wide and 1,475 mm tall. Also continuing is the 90 kW (120.64 hp) 1.6-litre G-INNOTEC VVT petrol engine. According to Sina, a 6-speed automatic transmission sends power to the wheels. It is unknown if the 5-speed manual transmission continues. Suzuki is yet to list the car.

The 2018 Maruti Ciaz could arrive sometime next year with visual changes similar to the Chinese-spec version. No specific details are available at the moment, but reports speculate on more powerful engines. Earlier this month, Maruti Suzuki launched the Maruti Ciaz S with a sporty aero kit to keep the model fresh.
