Last month, the 2018 Toyota Land Cruiser Prado's exterior was exposed in live images from China. Now, more spy shots of the new Toyota Land Cruiser Prado have come online, one of which shows its interior, courtesy autohome.com.cn.
On the outside, the 2018 Toyota Land Cruiser Prado features a comprehensively redesigned front. Its interior isn't completely overhauled, but there are some notable changes from the current model. The new four-spoke steering wheel, which has a more modern design, is very similar to that of the Toyota Land Cruiser and Toyota Crown. The central air conditioning vents too look changed. The infotainment system is a new one, and the climate control system's knobs are repositioned.
The fourth-gen Prado will receive a major safety upgrade with the second facelift. Toyota will equip it with the Toyota Safety Sense P suite of advanced safety features which including Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection function, Lane Departure Alert with Steering Assist function, Automatic High Beams and Dynamic Radar Cruise Control.
The Toyota Land Cruiser Prado is offered with a wide range of engine options globally, including 2TR-FE 2.7-litre four-cylinder petrol, 7GR-FKS 3.5-litre V6 petrol and 1GR-FE 4.0-litre V6 petrol, 1GD-FTV 2.8-litre four-cylinder diesel, 1KD-FTV 3.0-litre four-cylinder diesel and 5L-E 3.0-litre four-cylinder diesel. It's unknown if Toyota plans to make any changes to these engines.

The 2018 Toyota Land Cruiser Prado will hit the Japanese market in September this year. Its Chinese launch should take place in October, as per local reports.
