Suzuki has not officially confirmed a 150 cc trail motorcycle.
Images shared by AutonetMagz reveal a custom trail bike based on the Suzuki GSX-S150 in Indonesia. The motorcycle bears a longer travel front suspension with upside down fork up front.
The bike also gets a high set front fender usually observed in off-road motorcycles. The front brake caliper bears the Brembo logo. The headlamp console is a direct lift from the Suzuki GSX-S150, and the bike also sports knuckle protectors. However, there is a good chance that the motorcycles spotted are nothing but customer modifications.
Suzuki Indonesia though is expected to come up with a 150 cc trail motorcycle and parts like the instrumentation console and switchgear can be borrowed from the street naked. The 147.3 cc powerplant too can be borrowed from the Suzuki GSX-S150 (and Suzuki GSX-R150). In the naked motorcycle, the engine is capable of producing 19.17 PS of power and 14 Nm of torque.
The engine in the trail motorcycle will be in a completely different tune focusing on low and mid-range power delivery. The power output too can be expected to be on the lower side. The exhaust canister seen in the photographs shared with the stock bike, but that may not be the case with Suzuki's version.
Suzuki Indonesia has kept the introductory price of the Suzuki GSX-S150 and Suzuki GSX-R150 unchanged at 23.9 million and 27.9 million respectively.
