First product developed by Mahindra North American Technical Centre (MNATC).
According to a source close to the company, M&M will launch a new product developed by the Mahindra North American Technical Centre (MNATC) in India in the middle of FY 2017-2018. The source hasn't revealed what it is, but we reckon that it's the Mahindra U321 MPV.
The Toyota Innova-rival was spied testing on Indian roads in multiple instances, from which we have created the above render. It will feature the characteristic Mahindra toothed grille, large headlamps, heavily designed design and a strong shoulder line. The U321 is reported to be based on a monocoque platform, although we're not sure about whether it's a brand new one or a modified XUV500 chassis.

Last month, Mahindra announced plans of investing INR 1,500 crore at its Nasik and Igatpuri plants in Maharashtra for the development and manufacture of the Mahindra U321. It could replace the ageing Mahindra Xylo MPV, and rival the Toyota Innova Crysta and Renault Lodgy.
