The TVS Apache RTR 200 gets optional Pirelli tyres.
The 2017 TVS Apache RTR 200 BSIV has started reaching dealerships in the national capital. The bike not just complies to the new emission norms but also gains Auto Headlamp On (AHO).
Powering the 2017 TVS Apache RTR 200 BSIV is a 197.75 cc single cylinder oil-cooled engine with RAM air-assisted cooling is coupled to a 5-speed gearbox. The carburetted engine is capable of producing 20.05 PS of maximum power at 8,500 rpm and 18.1 Nm of peak torque at 7,000 rpm. A fuel injected version was also showcased with an output of 21 PS but is still not on sale.
The 2017 Apache RTR 200 BSIV is suspended over standard telescopic forks by KYB upfront and a monoshock in the rear by the same brand. Brakes include a 270 mm petal unit in the front and a 240 mm petal disc in the rear.

Colour options include Matte Red, Matte Yellow, White, Matte White, Matte Grey, Matte Black and Black. The TVS Apache RTR 200 can store 12-litre of petrol and has a ground clearance of 180 mm.
The BSIII version of the TVS Apache RTR 200 had a price tag of INR 92,215 for the Remora tyre version and INR 97,215 for the Pirelli (both prices ex-showroom, Delhi). The BSIV variant is expected to hover around the same amount.
