A YouTube video by Moto Tune reveals that TVS Motor has started shipping the fuel injected version of the TVS Apache RTR 200 to dealerships. Previously only the carburetted version was on sale.
The TVS Apache 200 FI is powered by the existing 197.75 cc single cylinder, air cooled mill which is assisted by an oil cooler. The fuel injection system has been sourced from Bosch and can be expected to return a smoother throttle response as well as increase the fuel economy. The TVS Apache 200 is suspended over standard telescopic forks up front sourced from KYB and a monoshock in the rear making it the first TVS motorcycle to bear one.
