The Bajaj Pulsar 200NS is set to make a comeback in India next month.

2012 was a major step ahead for Bajaj. The Bajaj Pulsar brand was not just a decade old but was also making a giant leap with the Pulsar 200NS. Their most powerful (then) and premium product which was a living testimony to their alliance with KTM. One customer in Costa Rica has gone ahead to make his Bajaj Pulsar 200NS look even more muscular.

The Bajaj Pulsar 200NS has been modified by a customer in Costa Rica to house a fatter rear tyre and a custom single sided swing arm.

The bike gets a new custom single-sided swingarm and a new rear sprocket. The rear tyre is a 190 section unit, used in the BMW S1000R and S1000RR. The exhaust system is new. Moving away from the compact underbelly unit, the customised Bajaj Pulsar 200NS gets a side mounted canister exhaust.

The BMW S 1000R is an all-out naked roadster based on their flagship sports bike, the BMW S 1000RR. The 999 cc four-pot mill on the bike is capable of producing 165 odd horses and 114 Nm of torque. The Bajaj Pulsar 200NS, on the other hand, gets a 199.5 cc mill which produces 23.52 hp of power and 19.3 Nm of torque.

There is no word whether the engine of the Bajaj Pulsar 200NS has received a new output. A bigger rear tyre though will mean a significant drop in performance and fuel efficiency.
