Bajaj has not confirmed future variants of the Bajaj Dominar.

The Bajaj Dominar 400 aims to be an everyday bike for the Indian motorcycle enthusiasts. To make it more user-friendly and wind blast resistant here is a rendering of a semi-faired version of the vehicle, the Bajaj Dominar 400F, by Shoeb Kalania.

This rendering of the Bajaj Dominar 400F speculates how a semi-faired version of Bajaj's latest power cruiser may look.

The fairing on the side and the headlamp region will lend the rider protection from wind blast. Unlike a fully faired, sports oriented motorcycle, the Bajaj Dominar 400F can retain its touring characteristics yet offer a versatile ride.

Bajaj Auto showcased a fully faired version with the same engine at the 2014 Auto Expo in the form of the Bajaj Pulsar SS400. The concept emerged in dealer showrooms as the Pulsar RS200 but a bigger milled version, using the powerplant from the Dominar, can be expected in a few years, as Bajaj confirmed that future variants on this platform are a definite possibility.

The 373.3 triple spark, 4-valve, DTS-i mill in the Bajaj Dominar 400 is coupled to a 6-speed gearbox and gets a slipper clutch. The engine is derived from the KTM Duke 390 but gets a SOHC layout. It is capable of producing 35 PS of maximum power at 8,000 rpm and 35 Nm of peak torque at 6,500 rpm.

The Bajaj Dominar 400F, if it meets the light of the day, can continue with these outputs. A fully faired sports bike though might see a slightly higher output.
