Likely to be a dealer-level customization.
Seen here is a Hyundai Grand i10 Independence Edition, which is likely to be a one-off example customized by a dealer for a customer.
The Grand i10 'Independence Edition' is based on the Grand i10 20th Anniversary Edition, but features large body graphics finished in the tri-colors of the Indian flag. It also gets a set of 14 inch alloy rims as standard, while the red vinyl on the lower portion of the side profile is from the Grand i10 20th Anniversary Edition.
As it is based on the Grand i10 20th Anniversary Edition, the 'Independence Day Edition' features a dual tone red and black interior, fabric upholstery with contrast red stitching and a 6.2-inch touchscreen infotainment system.
