The Honda Navi crossed the 10,000 sales mark in June, and in July, it was one of the top 10 selling two-wheelers in India. A report from Economic Times says that the Honda Navi ranked number 10 in the top selling two-wheelers in India last month with a sales of 11,644 units.
The Honda Navi is manufactured at Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India's Tapukara, Rajasthan plant. The motorcycle-styled scooter is the Indian subsidiary's first product to have been developed completely internally. Towards the end of last month, it was reported that the Navi's demand has been so high that its production capacity had to be doubled.
The Honda Navi measures 1,805 mm in length, 748 in width and 1,039 mm in height, and has a wheelbase of 1,286 mm and a ground clearance of 765 mm. Its seat height is 765 mm. Powering the scooter, is the 110 cc HET (Honda Eco Technology) engine that develops 5.84 kW (7.8 hp) at 7,000 rpm and 8.96 Nm of torque at 5,500 rpm. The engine is mated to the V-matic continuously variable transmission. Honda claims a top speed of 81 km/h with this configuration.

The Honda Navi is priced at INR 39,648 (ex-showroom Delhi) and available in five exterior colours: Patriot Red, Shasta White, Black, Hopper Green and Sparky Orange.
