Priced INR 1,000 over the standard Honda CB Hornet 160R.
Soon after introducing a new colour scheme for the Honda Dream Yuga this week, Honda has introduced a special edition of the Honda CB Hornet 160R in India. It's available in two exclusive colours: Striking Green and Mars Orange.
The special edition Honda CB Hornet 160R features rim stripes in the respective colour, special graphics on the body and a black finish throughout. The standard Honda CB Hornet 160R is available in five colours: Pearl Night Star Black, Pearl Siren Blue, Sports Red, Pearl Amazing White and Neo Orange Metallic. On all these five colours, stripes are available optionally.
The Honda CB Hornet 160R measures 2,041 mm in length, 783 mm in width and 1,067 mm in height, and has a wheelbase of 1,345 mm and a ground clearance of 164 mm. The CB Hornet 160R was launched in December last year as the company's first BS-IV compliant motorcycle. It's powered by a 162.71 cc air-cooled engine that produces 11.68 kW (15.66 hp) at 8,500 rpm and 14.76 Nm of torque at 6,500 rpm. The engine is paired to a 5-speed transmission and lets the motorcycle hit a claimed top speed of 110 km/h.

The special edition Honda CB Hornet 160R is priced at INR 81,413 (ex-showroom Delhi) for the standard and at INR 85,912 (ex-showroom Delhi) for the CBS model. The special edition treatment asks for an INR 1,000 premium over the standard motorcycle.
