Remapped engine makes 95 hp and 230 Nm.
Photographs of a heavily customized Maruti Swift have surfaced from Kerala, featuring a custom body kit that transforms the simple look of the stock Swift to a beast. No wonder it's called 'The Punisher' by the car's owner, Steven Raju.
The Swift seen above is one of the first widebody Swifts in India. The front features a splitter and small canards on the side, and the chrome embellishers of the regular Swift are blacked out, which collectively add to the aggressive look of the car.
The rear-end features a large rear wing mounted on the roof, a custom bumper that integrates air scoops and dual exhaust pipes, and clear lens taillamps. It rides on large multi-spoke alloy rims shod with low profile tires.

Modifications have also been made under the hood. The 1.3 liter DDiS diesel engine produces 95 bhp and 230 Nm, thanks to an ECU remap by Pete's Tuned. It is even more powerful than the 1.3 diesel engine with VGT powering Maruti's bigger cars such as the Maruti Ciaz and Maruti Vitara Brezza.
