Unveiled in 2013 at an Indonesian Motor Show, the 3-row Wagon-R garnered positive attention in a country where MPVs are popular. It measures 3,700 mm (101 mm longer than the regular Wagon R’s 3,599 mm length), thus slotting between Eeco and Ertiga. The wheelbase is confirmed to be identical to the regular Wagon R hatchback.

Under the hood, the Wagon R MPV could pack a 1.2L petrol engine (K-Series petrol engine) in higher grades or a 1.0L K-Series engine for entry-level models. A 5-speed manual will be the standard transmission option, while an AMT option could be considered.
