The top-end Toyota Innova Crysta ZX will be the most feature-packed MPV in the market as it comes equipped with a smart entry system, start/stop button, seven airbags as standard along with ABS, EBD and BA, automatic climate control, 7-inch audio system with navigation, wood trim on steering wheel, automatic LED headlamps and 17-inch alloy wheels. All variants have the option of a 7-seat arrangement with captain seats in the middle row or a conventional 8-seater option.

The Innova Crysta has grown in size as compared to the outgoing model. It measures 4,735 mm long, 1,830 mm wide and 1,795 mm tall, and has a wheelbase of 2,750 mm.
