2016 Perodua Myvi 1.5L (facelift) to be revealed on May 7
The teaser confirms that it is a facelift, suggesting that there will be no changes to the engine lineup.

Given that the teaser confirms the new Myvi undergoing a facelift, there will be no changes to the engine lineup. The model undergoing a makeover is the Myvi 1.5L, which packs a 1.5-litre four-cylinder engine with 102 hp and 136 Nm, available with a 5-speed manual or 4-speed automatic gearbox.

The changes are likely to be soft in nature as the Myvi 1.5L was given a major facelift just last year, featuring an aggressive body kit, 14 inch 5-spoke rims, and projector headlamps with LED guide lights. At the moment, specific details on the 2016 model are not available.
