The Mahindra Nuvosport will launch on April 4.
Mahindra is currently in the final stages of launching the replacement of the Mahindra Quanto, which has been christened Mahindra Nuvosport. Here's a brief, pictorial comparison of the exterior designs of the models.
Exterior:
The Mahindra Nuvosport features an all new design that looks more aggressive and butch than its MPV-esque predecessor, which is a Xylo with a quarter of its rear chopped off. To drift further away from the Quanto, Mahindra' given it a new name, but there is not enough to suggest yet that the Nuvosport also rides on a different platform - that of the new Scorpio's.
Most of the changes in exterior are concentrated on the front-end, featuring a new grille flanked by headlamps, separate LED DRLs, contoured hood with an intake, stylized front bumper with round foglamps, and a silver skid plate.

The Nuvosport adds black plastic body cladding for a rugged look. The rear-end, however, looks largely identical to the Quanto, save for the clear lens taillights, roof spoiler and new spare wheel cover.
This story will be updated when Mahindra releases additional images of the Nuvosport.
