On April 4, Mahindra will launch the Nuvosport in four grades spread across six different variants: N4, N4+, N6, N6 AMT, N8 and N8 AMT.
Mahindra is likely to offer ABS as standard across the range, while dual airbags are optional in the N4 grade and could be standard in higher grades. The top-end N8 grade will get steering-mounted buttons, AVN touchscreen infotainment system, alloy wheels and tilt steering adjustability.
The Mahindra Nuvosport features an all new front end with a meaner grille flanked by headlamps, separate LED DRLs, contoured hood with an intake, stylized front bumper with round foglamps, and a silver skid plate. The Nuvosport adds black plastic body cladding, while the rear end features clear lens taillights, roof spoiler and new spare wheel cover.
According to a leaked spec sheet, the Quanto-replacement will retain the 1.5-liter three cylinder mHawk engine, which produces 100 PS and 240 Nm of torque. An AMT will be offered as optional, while a 5-speed manual is standard.
