Priced from €61,150 in Germany.
Following the all-new Audi S4 saloon's world premiere at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show (2015 IAA), it's estate version has been unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show.
On the outside, the 2016 S4 Avant differentiates from the 2016 A4 Avant with a distinctive bumper, air inlets and side sills. Many of the add-on parts are finished in shades of matte gray, and aluminium inlays have been used to give the sporty shining. The door mirrors housings sport this aluminium look as well.
At the rear, the bumper integrates a black honeycomb grille, aluminum diffuser trim and four tailpipes. Other highlights include LED headlights, 18-inch wheels with S-specific design, and LED tail lights with dynamic turn signal.
The sportiness and extra premium appeal continues inside. There's a 3-spoke sport steering wheel with multifunction plus to put the driver in the enthusiast mode. The standard seats feature Nappa leather upholstery and will be available in black, rotor gray or magma red colours with diamond pattern, contrasting stitching and an S badge.
The optional S sport seats have integrated head restraints, adjustable lateral supports and a pneumatic massage function. The black interior theme is contrasted by matte brushed aluminum inlays. There's an MMI navigation plus infotainment system with an 8.3-inch display and MMI touch to aid for the entertainment and information needs.
The 2016 Audi S4 Avant is powered by a 3.0 TFSI turbocharged V6 petrol engine that develops 260 kW (354 hp) and 500 Nm (368.8 lb.ft.) of torque. It can reach from 0-100 km/h in 4.9 seconds and go further up to a top speed (electronically limited) of 250 km/h (155 mph). The fuel economy is rated at over 13.33 km/l and the CO2 emissions figure is marked at 175 g/km.
The Audi S4 Avant is priced from €61,150 in Germany and will go on sale in Europe in Summer 2016.
