The Suzuki S-Cross facelift might drop the 1.6-liter N/A engine for a new 1.4-liter Boosterjet engine.

Although power figures aren’t official, the all-new 1.4-litre, direct-injection, turbocharged Boosterjet petrol engine in the Suzuki Vitara S produces 140 hp and 220 Nm of torque. The Suzuki S-Cross will likely feature a 6-speed manual transmission that sends power to all wheels via Suzuki’s AllGrip AWD system (optional).

As part of the facelift, it gets a thoroughly facelifted front-end, featuring an all new upright grille with vertical slats, new projector headlamps, and a redesigned bumper featuring a larger radiator grille. Inside, the only changes seen are updated instrument cluster dials with new MID, new trim options for the dashboard, updated interior color combinations and seat upholstery with contrast stitching.
