Gets an aggressive aero body kit, courtesy of Mugen.
Honda has unveiled a lineup of products modified by Mugen, which will be showcased at the 2016 Tokyo Auto Salon this month. One of them includes the Honda Vezel Mugen. The Vezel is sold internationally as the Honda HR-V.
The Honda Vezel gets an aggressive aero body kit that follows typical Mugen styling. It features a large grille with a bold chrome bar, an exclusive set of alloy wheels, new exhaust system with twin chrome-capped exhaust pipes, and exclusive Premium Crystal Red Metallic color. The interior, although not detailed yet, could also undergo a sporty overhaul.
No changes have been made under the hood. The Vezel in the Japanese market is powered by a 1.5-liter hybrid powertrain producing 132 PS. The hybrid is paired to Honda’s i-DCD (intelligent dual-clutch drive) 7-speed transmission and can be had with front wheel drive or all wheel drive.
