Honda Jazz Mugen special edition launched in Philippines - IAB Report

Honda Cars Philippines announced the launch of the Honda Jazz Mugen edition in the middle of this month, which is based on the Honda Jazz 1.5 V variant. Surprisingly, the Mugen edition is only limited to 12 units, and can be reserved at any dealership across Philippines.

Six units of the Jazz MUGEN will be finished Rallye Red color, while the other six come in Tafetta White color. The Jazz MUGEN Limited Edition will retail at P 948,000 (INR 13.36 lakhs), and customer deliveries are already underway.

Exclusive exterior features include 17-inch MUGEN alloy wheels with wheel nut and lock set, MUGEN tailgate spoiler, MUGEN emblem, and a shark fin antenna. Although the interior is not detailed, it is likely to feature sport seats, leather-wrapped gear shifter, and floor mats.

The powertrain remains identical to the regular Jazz. It packs a 1.5-liter i-VTEC petrol engine that puts out 120 PS (118.2 bhp) and 145 Nm of torque, and is paired to a CVT automatic unit.

Although the interior is not detailed, it is likely to feature sport seats, leather-wrapped gear shifter, and floor mats.

As for the Indian market, Honda Cars has not confirmed the introduction of Mugen or Modulo kits for the Jazz.
