To be unveiled tomorrow.

Based on the Yamaha Deltaframe chassis that underpins the Yamaha R15, the M-Slaz is expected to pack the same powertrain but different features compared to the super sport model. The notable features on the Yamaha M-Slaz will include inverted telescopic fork, fully digital instrument panel, an LED projector head lamp (unconfirmed), new alloy wheels, a small capacity fuel tank, split seats, familiar exhaust can, a monoshock on swingarm, and an LED tail lamp.

The Yamaha M-Slaz is expected to be powered by the same engine used on the Yamaha R15 V2.0, which is a 150 cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine with SOHC. The motor produces 17 PS at 8,500 rpm and 15 Nm at 7,500 rpm on the R15, and is mated to a 6-speed gearbox. The outputs could be tweaked for the naked bike.
