With new images surfacing and the arrival of a second teaser, it appears that the launch of the 2016 Toyota Innova in Indonesia is nearing, with reports narrowing down the date to November 23. Dealers across Indonesia have already begun accepting pre-orders for the new Innova.

The second teaser of the 2016 Innova is a video which highlights the key features that the new MPV will offer in the top-end variants. These include LED Projector headlamps, 17 inch alloy rims, LED ambient lighting, and a completely new dashboard design housing a touchscreen display as standard.
It also comes with Captain chairs for the second row, automatic climate control, rear AC, auto-up and down power windows for all windows, steering mounted controls, voice commands, Bluetooth, USB and AUX-in and a smart entry system.
As revealed in the first teaser and press images, the 2016 Innova will sport a revolutionary design that is a departure from the outgoing model. It measures 4,735 mm in length, 1,830 mm in width, 1,795 mm in height and 2,750 mm in wheelbase.
Engine lineup will include a 2.0-liter VVT-i petrol that produces 139 PS at 5,600 rpm and 18.7 kgm of torque at 4,700 rpm, and the all-new 2.4-liter GD diesel engine from the 2016 Hilux, which generates 149 PS at 3,400 rpm and 36.7 kgm of torque in the 6-speed AT variant and 34.9 kgm of torque on the 5-speed MT variant.
