A Mahindra Gusto special edition has been launched featuring two dual-tone paint jobs. It is available on the top-end VX variant, and is priced at INR 500 over then standard VX model. The ex-showroom Delhi price of the twin shade Gusto is INR 49,350, and along with the new colour scheme, the company announces free insurance for the Gusto for this festive season.
The two new dual-colour shades offered on the Gusto as special editions are, Silver Magenta and Ice Cool Red. The standard, mono-tone colour options include Volcanic Red, Iceberg White, Galactic Black, Magnetic Magenta and Organza Silver. In addition to the dual-tone paint theme, the special edition Gusto receives no other change compared to the regular VX model.
The features that are offered on the Gusto VX include a remote flip key, guide-me and find-me lamps, and a height-adjustable seat. The notable standard features include 12-inch wheels with tubeless tyres, telescopic fork, a cubby hole below the speedometer console, and a helmet lock beneath the seat.
The Mahindra Gusto is powered by a 109.6 cc air-cooled, single-cylinder engine that produces 8 bhp at 7,500 rpm and 9 Nm at 5,500 rpm, mated to a CVT. It returns an ARAI-certified mileage of 63 km/l.
