Along with the Hero Duet, Hero Motorcorp will also launch a new scooter that was previewed as a production-ready Hero Dash concept at the 2014 Auto Expo. Called the Hero Maestro Edge, it was spotted at a dealership by GaadiWaadi.
It gets sculpted body panels with turn indicators integrated on the front apron, black wind deflector above the headlamp, new taillamps with grid lines, and a silver painter grab rail. It gets a telescopic front suspension setup and an integrated braking system, which engages both brakes when one of them is applied.
According to reports, the company could introduce two variants of the Maestro Edge: LX and VX. Features in the top-end VX trim include alloy wheels, a silencer cover and a USB port for charging mobile phones.
