Tests in India have already commenced ahead of a launch this year.
Philippines is likely to be the next ASEAN market to receive the new 2015 Ford Everest (2015 Ford Endeavour for India), with a launch reported to take place on May 7. Prior to that, Ford is showcasing the new SUV at the 2015 Manila International Auto Show (MIAS).
The new Endeavour had its global launch at the Bangkok International Motor Show last month, and is priced from 1.269 million to 1.599 million Baht (INR 24.27 lakhs to INR 30.58 lakhs). Ford announced that it will offer three engine options on the new Endeavour - one petrol and two diesel engines. The diesel line-up is composed of a 2.2-liter four-cylinder engine and a 3.2-liter five-cylinder engine, paired to a 6-speed automatic transmission.
Ford has equipped the new Endeavour with features like a Terrain Management System, powered third row seats, projector headlights, a 9-speaker audio system with a sub-woofer and Ford's latest SYNC2 infotainment system on an 8-inch screen touchscreen display.

Ford India has already started testing the new Endeavour, ahead of a launch expected to take place by the end of this year. The Chennai plant of the American car maker will assemble the SUV from Thai-made CKD kits. You can read our first impressions of the new Endeavour here.
