Like in 2014, the 2016 Auto Expo will be organised in the month of February. The biennial Motor Show will be held at India Expo Mart in Greater Noida from February 5 to 9, while the Components exhibition will be at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, from February 4 to 7.
As always, this is the most important event in the Indian subcontinent as far as new launches and announcements are concerned, and its global influence can't be ignored either. Last year, the event witnessed 5.61 lakh footfalls, close to 60 launches, and 6 global debuts of concepts.
The expected launches next year at the 2016 Auto Expo include Maruti Suzuki YBA compact SUV, Jaguar XE, next generation Hyundai Elantra, new Toyota Fortuner and Innova, new Audi R8, 2016 Skoda Superb, Tata Kite compact sedan, Tata Nexon compact SUV, etc.

It's just the start of 2015 and with events like the Geneva Motor Show, Frankfurt Motor Show, Paris Motor Show, and various South East Asian shows lined up, the list of expected launches at the 2016 Auto Expo is set to grow longer.
