Public premiere set to take place next month at the Geneva Motor Show.
Skoda has released a few teaser images of the next generation 2016 Skoda Superb. The new Superb, as announced earlier, will be revealed on February 17 in Prague, Czech Republic.
Teaser images released today show the grille, the top-view of the car and the front fascia. An earlier image revealed the interior of the new Superb with features like a touchscreen infotainment system, dual-zone climate control, cruise control, auto park assist and a DSG gearbox.
Based on the MQB platform which also underpins the new Passat, the new Superb would share about 50 percent of its components with the VW. However, reports point out that the Skoda will feature changes to its dimensions for better seating comfort.
In comparison to the outgoing model, the new Superb is expected to be about 80 mm longer in wheelbase and 20 mm longer in its overall length. Weight savings are expected at about 75 kg.
