To be unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show in March.

The next generation version of Skoda's flagship sedan, the Superb will launch in India before the end of 2015 or in early 2016. The vehicle's rendering, official sketches, and spy shots (it was recently caught in China) are aplenty, but added information never hurts. Auto Bild recently published a rendering, showing the front three quarter profile of the car.

The next generation Superb might have grown in size, but is said to be lighter than before.

The front end is sportier looking than before, with added aggression thanks to the larger, well shaped grille, DRL-equipped headlamps (production units' design was leaked online), and a sculpted bonnet. On the sides, the rendering shows the presence of two prominent character lines: the shoulder line and the crease near the door sills.

The roofline is flowing, and the thick C pillar helps accentuate its coupe-like shape. As reported earlier, the vehicle will lose its Twin-Door boot opening for an Octavia-like hatchback opening. In terms of dimensions, the new Superb is said to be 20 mm longer and 50 mm wider than the current car, which means there's added room for passengers and luggage (boot space is now 625 litres) alike.

With heavy inspiration from the VisionC concept, the new Superb's rendering (by IAB's Shoeb Kalania) looks striking to say the least.
