The Elite Cross gets petal-shaped alloys, roof tails, skid plates and side body molding in addition to projector lights.

Keeping these feature additions in mind, our artist, Shoeb, has created this digital mockup of the Elite i20 Cross, which could hit showrooms as early as end of this year.

Similar to cars like the Toyota Etios Cross and VW Cross Polo, the Elite i20 Cross would offer the core values of the car its based on (the Elite i20 offers good build quality, cabin space and an extensive feature list) but with a more rugged styling and feature additions.

The Elite Cross could also serve as an offering for those who don’t want the bulky size of the ix25 compact SUV (which launches in India next year), yet desire a hatchback with more appeal.
