Comprehensively updated Scorpio to launch within weeks.
Mahindra is gearing up to launch the new Scorpio in the coming weeks. Seen here are the LED daytime running lights of the SUV from an official teaser, which are just one of the many features and design highlights of the car.
Designers have given the Scorpio new headlight clusters with projector lights, a new grille, redesigned bumpers and body panels. Inside, the car gets a new dashboard which is perceived to be of better quality and fit compared to the outgoing model. A steering wheel borrowed from the XUV500, a new touchscreen infotainment system, repositioned power window controls, automatic climate control and a new multi-information display are some of the changes observed on spyshots.
Mechanically, the Scorpio will continue using the 2.2-liter four-cylinder diesel engine which produces 120 bhp, though its 5-speed manual gearbox will get a significant upgrade.
