The Octavia facelift is reported to launch next year.

Traces of camouflage on the grille and headlight clusters suggest that changes are expected in these areas. The refreshed Octavia could adopt LED-infused light clusters much like the new generation Fabia which was revealed this week.

The engine lineup should continue unchanged.

At the rear too, changes could be seen to the taillight clusters and bumper of the sedan given the amount of camouflage present. These exterior changes coupled with minor interior tweaks should keep the executive sedan competent for the next 3 years or so.

The engine lineup, which in India include 1.4- and 1.8-liter TSI engines and a 2.0-liter TDI diesel engine, is expected to remain unchanged.
