Land Rover has released its second teaser clipping of the Range Rover Sport RS (name unconfirmed) that is very likely to be revealed at the Goodwood Festival of Speed that begins on 26 June (Thursday).
The video states the fact that the car has always had the capability on and off-road and the new one has "a lot more performance" added to it.

The Sport RS is reported to get a bonus 40 PS and 55 Nm from the Sport's range-topping supercharged 5.0-liter V8 engine giving it outputs of 550 PS and 680 Nm.
The remapping and a few unspecified mechanical upgrades get the RS version to accelerate to 100 km/h in about 4.8 seconds and reach a top speed of approximately 265 km/h, say reports.
To put the extra output on the road effectively, the RS will ride on a stiffer suspension setup, get larger wheels, bigger brakes, more exhaust tips and a rear diffuser.
The performance car market in India is opening up, with BMW vowing to make 2014 the 'Year of the M' and Mercedes completing its AMG collection every few months and floating the idea of independent AMG dealerships. The RS variant may have been alien in India a few years back, but it would be untaught of the company to rule out a performance SUV in today's circumstances.
