The steering wheel of the refreshed Scorpio comes from the larger XUV500. The buttons on the steering wheel suggest that the Scorpio will continue to have features like steering mounted audio controls and cruise control. Just in front of the steering, we notice a new instrument cluster with new housings for the speedometer and tachometer.

The center console of this test mule shows newly-designed rectangular AC vents that replace the current Scorpio’s circular vents. Just below the vents is a large display, which is reported to be the new infotainment screen. Sporting a touchscreen interface, the screen would also double up as a satellite navigation system.

Other changes observed in the cabin are a new gear knob, twin gloveboxes (much like the XUV’s) and lighter colors for the dashboard panels.

The Scorpio facelift is expected to launch by the end of this year. Apart from the new interiors, the SUV will sport exterior design changes, especially at the front.

The steering wheel is of XUV 500 and would not be the same in the final design. As the interior and color of the steering do not match. Also new information system is nice but the location of the screen is very low so it will be hard to operate while driving.

The middle raw need to be changed, it should be more like XUV as it far more comfortable. Also need AC vent in 3rd raw.

Guys, this is supposed to be rugged SUV and not RR. Looks good for the price point, considering this is just a redo and not a brand new platform.

    Looks extremely old and cheap.
    The AC vents resemble Bolero’s.
