All engines come with an 8-speed automatic gearbox sending power to all four wheels using Audi’s Quattro system.

The 2014 A8, like the pre-facelift model, is imported into the country via the CBU (Completely Built-up Unit) route. It is available in 111 exterior colors, 23 leather colors, 27 customizable options, 12 wooden inlays, and personalized headrest logos, trims and folding tables. The sedan features Audi’s Matrix LED headlights as an option.

Audi has priced the 3.0-liter TDI variant at INR 11,295,000 (ex-Showroom, New Delhi) and INR 11,143,000 (ex-Showroom, Maharashtra). One customer preview was already held at the 2014 Auto Expo, but there is no word yet on the bookings.
