Like the current Aygo, the second gen shares its platform with its French cousins Citroen C1 and Peugeot 108. The new generation models of the French vehicles are also lined up for premiere at the Swiss show.

Sharing a vast majority of parts with the said vehicles, the Toyota Aygo gets different front and rear fascias and comes in three- and five-door styles, with a convertible variant (fabric top), seen on the 108 TOP! and C1 Airscape variants, to boot.

I wish Toyota had launched cars like these and the yaris/vios in India instead of de valuing their brand by launching the etios/liva in India
