Datsun brought along a couple of Go hatchbacks completely kitted up with accessories, which will be offered as part of the optional equipment to customers when the car goes on sale next month.
Judging by these show cars, we can expect Datsun to offer accessories such as alloy wheels, body graphics, rear spoiler, roof rails, reverse camera and an exhaust tip finisher in chrome.
The Go recently commenced production at Renault-Nissan's plant in Chennai. Powered by a three-cylinder 1.2-liter petrol engine, the Go has its ARAI fuel economy rated at 20.6 km/l. The Go will be launched in three trim levels, all of which will be priced below INR 4 lakhs ex-Showroom. The ex-Showroom prices of the Go will remain standard across all cities in India.
Apart from showcasing these accessorized Go hatchbacks, Datsun world premiered their redi-Go small car concept. The Expo saw the Indian premiere of the Datsun Go+ MPV as well.
