It is to be noted that the SUV has been spotted in India recently implying that parent company Mahindra is studying its feasibility in our market. With generous seating capacity, the car would appeal to a well off, joint Indian family. Price wise, it would compete with the Toyota Fortuner.

This is truly a behemoth ! The Rodius is more of an MPV, Mahindra should pitch it against Innova as a people mover than consider this as an SUV and pitch it against the Fortuner. And price it in the Innova bracket too. The market for such mammoth cars would be miniscule, so Mahindra will have to play smart here.
